Kinas FDA stoppar asbest

Det börjar kännas som om den kinesiska läkemedelsmyndigheten ökar sin identitet med USAs FDA. Kanske inte riktigt delen med transparens. Utan mer skärper kraven mot tillverkare och importörer. Nu senast kosmetika;
“In order to enhance administrative licensing and filing for cosmetics, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) made requirements on cosmetic applications for using talcum powders as raw materials in cosmetics recently. All the cosmetic applications either licensing for particular uses or filing for non-particular uses should comply with the requirements from October 1, 2009 whose prescription contains talcum powders. The applicants should offer the assay reports on asbestos in the cosmetics tested by the qualified organization. The assay reports should be conducted under the Assay Methods on Asbestos in the Powdery Cosmetics or Its Materials (Interim).”
